Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" and "sharing" (cross-context behavioral advertising) of their personal information.
Our position on sale and sharing
We do not sell your personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration. However, if you provide your separate, explicit consent at the time of upload, we may share your email address with marketing partners in the fashion, beauty, and cosmetics industries. This may constitute "Sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA.
Sensitive personal information (face images)
We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, including face images, for marketing purposes.
How to opt out
You can opt out by either: (1) clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email; or (2) emailing [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and your registered email address in the body. Upon receipt, we will promptly stop sharing your email address with marketing partners and instruct partners who already received your address to delete it.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out right. We will not deny you the Service, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service because you opted out.
